How It's Made

From Spawn Bag to Your Shelf

Every product starts at the grassroots — with women cultivators trained by Sewabikash Foundation preparing spawn bags by hand, nurturing them through harvest, and supplying fresh oyster mushrooms to our primary processing unit in Guwahati.

There, the mushrooms are handcrafted into pickles, chutneys, squashes and dry powder — under the technical guidance of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kamrup and the Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat.
